Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to join the Relive team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional patient care and education focused on IV Vitamin Therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and other wellness treatments. You will play a key role in administering treatments, monitoring patients, and ensuring a safe, high-quality experience while proudly representing the Relive brand with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, intramuscular injections, and other wellness treatments with precision and care.
- Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, insert and maintain peripheral IV lines.
- Conduct infusions, closely monitor patients throughout treatment, and effectively manage any emergency reactions.
- Perform blood draws according to lab protocols and provider orders.
- Educate patients on IV Vitamin Therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and overall wellness plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide records to the administrative team for EHR submission.
- Prepare and manage inventory to ensure 100% stock of supplies and IV therapy products.
- Follow all state nursing guidelines, standards of practice, and infection control protocols.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and sanitary environment using medical asepsis and universal precautions.
- Collaborate with the medical team and administrative staff before and after treatments; participate in shared decision-making.
- Assist with patient callbacks and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.
- Utilize online booking and clinic systems accurately and efficiently.
- Complete additional tasks within the scope of a Registered Nurse.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
- Previous experience with IV Infusion Therapy is strongly preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills with strong attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
- Compassionate, calm under pressure, and capable of working independently.
- Outstanding communication and patient education skills.
- Professional, non-judgmental, and committed to maintaining the highest level of patient confidentiality and discretion.
- Team player who builds strong working relationships with staff and referral sources.
